Send a deletion request from the e-mail address you sign in with to catchall@scouttract.com. We check that the request came from the account's address, delete the account within 30 days, and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account, sign-in details, profile, preferences and every signed-in device/session.
- Saved points, projects, notes, field captures and photos, saved maps, uploaded/library layers, CAD drawings, plans, drill data and survey data.
- Exports and downloads, export destinations, report shares, watch areas and alerts, notifications.
- Hunting party data: parties you own (with all members' locations, trails, pins and voice clips), and your locations, trails, pins and voice clips in other parties.
- Hunting and trail layer settings saved on your device are cleared when you delete from that device.
- Feedback you sent, trial and invite details, terms-acceptance records and pending password-reset codes.
What is kept, and why
- Anonymous usage and security counters (for example "a sign-in happened at this time", request counts used for capacity and provider-cost limits) with your account reference removed. They no longer identify you.
- Administrator audit entries with your name removed, so changes to shared settings remain traceable.
- A one-way keyed fingerprint of the e-mail/phone used for a free trial, so the same address can't restart unlimited free trials. It cannot be turned back into your address.
- A deletion receipt (date and a reference number, no personal details) proving the request was completed.
- Copies can remain in encrypted, access-restricted server backups until those backups are rotated out (routine backups are kept for about 30 days).
Timing
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. E-mail requests are completed within 30 days. Backup copies age out as backups rotate (about 30 days).
